Ethos Group partners with retail automotive dealers to promote an ethical, customer-focused approach to the sale, financing and servicing of automobiles.
In a team, I conduct research and interviews, ideate solutions to user pain points, and refine software designs that streamline tasks and allow for extensive customization for a user's unique workflows.

The Arc of DFW Area
Project Manager
The Arc of DFW Area is an all volunteer membership driven organization and its mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to live life as they define it.
I was the project manager of a team of 7 tasked with redesigning The Arc of DFW Area's website. We designed knowing the pivoting focus of the org, the audience of the I/DD community and their families, and ways to improve general usability and data visualization.

Dialexa EDU
Product Design Mentee
Dialexa EDU is a mentorship program that offers students real-world experience working on digital product projects. The program is run by Dialexa, a digital product engineering company that was acquired by IBM in 2022.
Team collaboration with fellow students and Dialexa employees to in a 9 week mentorship to design a solution to the pressing need from Dallas residents to support their community by giving, whether monetary, through volunteering, or donating physical goods.
